BK15PL 29 inch Electric Bike

This is a very well built bike. There is no part of it which is poorly built, even down to the excellent, clear electronic colour display. It is a heavy bike, at 27kg and if you need to lift it up and down stairs, give this some consideration. It copes with most hills, but struggles with very steep ones, 1:4 or similar, but I would imagine this is the case with any 250w, uk legal bike. The NFC key card locking is fantastic, as is the phone app, which allows monitoring of the battery and distances etc, as well as allowing you to unlock and lock the bike. It’s easy to put together, took me about an hour. The toolkit that comes with it is surprisingly good, and I’ll keep it with me when riding. The disk brakes are excellent. The front light is immensely bright, and controllable from the main control panel, the rear light, is just an add on battery powered light, but perfectly acceptable. Riding is a dream if you’re not used to any assist at all, but I would imagine it feels a little underpowered if you are used to a higher wattage motor. Hitway use a delivery company called BJS home delivery, who are superb in every way. They communicate well and will accommodate changes to delivery etc. All in all, an excellent purchase, at a great price, with reliable delivery.

On the other hand I would love if they can add throttle to this version because that would make it easy riding up hill here in the uk, other than that it been a very nice experience and it is highly a good value for money.

I'm very happy with this BK15 💯.it has really made my journey thro and fro to work an easy and wonderful experience. 79 miles in less than 2weeks and no complain 👌.

Bought this after doing my research and I have not been disappointed, it genuinely is a great budget e-bike, although it doesn’t feel like a budget bike. So glad I bought this bike and I am enjoying the rides, the pedal assist system is fantastic and the ride is very comfortable due to the slick shimano gears and robust front suspension in conjunction with a comfortable seat fitted with a unique seat post suspension system. What more can I say about this other than I am extremely happy and pleased with the Hitway BK15 e-bike .

It’s only early days but this e-bike has gave me a new lease of life. I wish I’d got one a lot sooner. I like everything about it and getting up the hills where I live is so easy. Thanks. Ken.

This bike is sweet thing to ride. My first electric though but comparing it to nothing i still say to you, get this bike I won't regret it. I some times ride with my son hence you see the added child seat😉.

I wanted to buy a mountain bike to ride on roads, countryside, and to be able to move around town without problems. I also wanted to share these walks with my little girl.
For the intended use, an electric mountain bike was ideal, since it came from a foldable bicycle that in the end I stopped using because it was uncomfortable and useless (for me). And I found this Hitway BK15 on Amazon.

I bought this bike on an adventure, and I was very afraid of not being a “well-known” brand. I was struck by its price, which was the cheapest I saw with these features; and then I noticed the amount of positive feedback it had.
So nothing, I gave the brand a vote of confidence and bought it. I'm sure I was right (for now).

I was afraid it would be damaged during transport, but it wasn't. It arrived in perfect condition, and half assembled. It cost me approximately 1 hour. You don't have to be an expert for assembly, but you do have to have a minimum of knowledge.
I had a problem with the saddle clamp, and the seller responded very quickly and correctly. There was no problem with its replacement.
Then I had to adjust the changes and little else, to roll.

Honestly, I've never ridden an electric bike, so I can't make a comparison. What I can say is that I am impressed by the operation of the motor of this bike, it is quite strong, and it picks up speed without any effort (15-20-25 km/h, depending on power level 1, 2 or 3), just by moving the pedals.
I really like the blue color, in general it has good finishes, it's very comfortable...
I love the bike, and considering its price (I bought it for 550€) I think it's a very good option to consider.

There are a couple of things I didn't like: the
first is that according to the LCD screen I have 50% battery left, but according to the battery witness I still have all 4 points on. I think I'll hurry it up to see on future occasions if I trust the LCD screen or the battery itself more.
Second, the lights that come with the bike are not very useful. The front one, connected to the battery, only serves to make you visible, because it doesn't give enough light to see at night. The rear one, battery-powered, low intensity... It's not good for anything.
Nothing that can't be fixed by buying good lights. Mostly for safety.

I have done 35 km for it. There are few of them to give a full assessment of the qualities of the materials and how it behaves over time (I'll add it if they let me edit the comment), but enough kilometers to tell you my first impression.

I'll edit it after 100 km.

I took him to a bicycle specialist, the derailleur bent.
